Getting up- First thing in the morning

Move slowly- Wash face with cold water. I drink either warm or cold lemon water, this is great for cleaning the palate and to wake up the taste area. Drinking lemon water all day is one of the ways to maintain your hydration. It does make a big difference!

1 fresh lemon squeezed

1 gallon of naatural spring water or regular drinking water

Squeeze, stir and enjoy!
