PERSONAL TRAINING
I was born in Barberton Ohio. I have been married for 43 years. My love for God, family and strength training are my true joys in life. Self taught in just about everything, I have learned that you must always strive to learn something new.
Proper form and safe lifting of weights. For over 40 years of my own personal strength training. gaining the knowledge in how the body responds to proper exercise and nutrition. Having this knowledge has convinced me that positive changes will happen.
Without change, something sleeps within us.

PROFESSIONALISM
Athletics are very strong in my family. My uncles played soccer in Europe and football in college. My sons and daughters are also very athletic.
Growing up, there was one person who had an impact on myself with his life style and the books that he wrote. That person was, Jack Lalanne who I believe is the father of all the true training areas of health, fitness, vitality and longevity. He was also the master of motivation.
Exercise has always been a strong foundation in my life. I believe that exercise enables you to continually change (always) for the better.
